Achim Hill (1 April 1935 – 4 August 2015) was a German rower who competed for the United Team of Germany in the 1960 Summer Olympics and in the 1964 Summer Olympics and for East Germany in the 1968 Summer Olympics. He was born in Köpenick. In 1960 he won the silver medal in the single sculls event. Four years later he won his second silver medal in the 1964 single sculls competition. At the 1968 Games he represented East Germany and finished fifth in the single sculls contest. Hill married Gisela Jäger in 1973. He died on 4 August 2015.

Brał udział w trzech igrzyskach olimpijskich (IO 60, IO 64, IO 68), Podczas dwóch pierwszych startów, w barwach olimpijskiej reprezentacji Niemiec, zajmował drugie miejsce w jedynce, przegrywając dwukrotnie z Wiaczesławem Iwanowem. W 1968, już jako reprezentant Niemieckiej Republiki Demokratycznej zajął piąte miejsce. W 1967 był mistrzem Europy w jedynce, w latach 1959-1960 i 1962-1967 zostawał mistrzem NRD w tej konkurencji. Był mistrzem tego kraju również w dwójce bez sternika (1957) i dwójce podwójnej (1959, 1960).
