Max Roscher (22 July 1888 – 28 August 1940) was a German Communist politician who briefly served as a member of the Reichstag and, on a regional level, was a member of the Saxony legislature. Like many of his generation he also served as a soldier, both in the First World War and, a couple of decades later, as an Internationalist in the Spanish Civil War.
