Li Kenong (Chinese: 李克农; 1899–1962) was a Chinese general and politician, one of the creators of the security and intelligence apparatus of both the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and the People's Liberation Army. Notably, he served as Director of the Central Investigation Department, Deputy Chief of the PLA General Staff Department and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and was awarded the rank of General in 1955.

Il rejoint le Parti communiste chinois en 1927 puis infiltre la police secrète du Kuomintang comme taupe. Lui, Qian Zhuangfei et Hu Di, sont surnommés les « Trois distingués travailleurs des renseignements du Parti » par Zhou Enlai. Il sert comme espion communiste pendant 3 ans avant d'être découvert et de fuir. Pendant la seconde guerre sino-japonaise, il est basé à Yan'an où il est nommé chef des renseignements. Après l'établissement de la République populaire de Chine, il est nommé général en 1955 alors qu'il n'a aucune expérience du combat. Khususnya ketika ia menjabat sebagai Direktur Kementerian Keamanan Negara di Departemen Investigasi Pusat, Wakil Kepala Departemen Staf Umum TPR dan Wakil Menteri di Kementerian Luar Negeri Republik Rakyat Tiongkok. dan ia dianugerahi pangkat jenderal pada tahun 1955.
