The International Mercantile Marine Company Building (also known as 1 Broadway and the United States Lines Building, and formerly as the Washington Building) is a 12-story office building in the Financial District of Manhattan, New York City. It is located at the intersection of Battery Place and Broadway, adjacent to Bowling Green to the east and the Battery to the south.

Das zwölfstöckige Hochhaus wurde vom Architekten entworfen und 1882 westlich des Bowling Green am Südende des Broadway fertiggestellt. Mit einer Höhe von etwa 40 Metern gehörte es zu den höchsten Gebäuden der Stadt. 1919 wurde das Gebäude komplett saniert und erhielt zudem eine neue Kalksteinfassade, die über die alte rote Fassade gesetzt wurde. Der Umbau wurde ebenfalls von Kendall geleitet, jedoch gemeinsam mit Ernest Flagg, dem Architekten des Singer Building wenige Jahre zuvor. 1991 wurde das Gebäude zu dem National Register of Historic Places hinzugefügt, 1995 folgte der Denkmalschutz der New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission.
