Its studios are in the Detroit suburb of Farmington Hills on Halsted Road. WLLZ has an effective radiated power (ERP) of 61,000 watts. It is one of several Detroit FM stations that are grandfathered at a higher power than the maximum 50,000 watts that would be permitted today.
