Muriel A. Howard (b. 1947/1948) (formerly Muriel A. Moore) is the former president of the American Association of State Colleges and Universities (AASCU) in Washington, D.C., and served as the seventh president of Buffalo State College in the State University of New York (SUNY) system from 1996 to 2009.
