Carol Ann DiBattiste (born December 28, 1951) is a United States lawyer who served as United States Under Secretary of the Air Force from 1999 to 2001. Carol A. DiBattiste joined the United States Air Force after graduating from high school in 1971. From 1971 to 1976, she served as an accounting and finance specialist and a recruiter for the Air Force. In 1976, she received a B.A. in sociology from La Salle University. She also graduated from Air Force Officer Training School in 1976, and was commissioned as an officer. She completed Squadron Officer School in 1977.
