Wallace E. Boston Jr. is an American academic administrator and businessman, currently serving as President Emeritus of the American Public University System. Dr. Boston had previously served as president from 2004 to 2016, and from September 2017 through August 2020. In addition, Dr. Boston served as CEO and as a Director of American Public Education, Inc. (APEI), the parent company of American Public University System (APUS), from 2004 through September 2019.
