- Uriel was een Britse band. De band heeft alleen bestaan in 1968 en speelde psychedelische rock en blues. De band werd opgericht door Steve Hillage, en Dave Stewart toen zij samen op school zaten aan de City of London School. In eerste instantie speelde de band covers van Cream, Jimi Hendrix en John Mayall, maar toen Hillage naar de universiteit ging en vertrok, zagen ook eigen composities het daglicht.
