- De United Soccer Leagues (USL) is de overkoepelende organisatie voor de lagere divisies van het voetbal in de Verenigde Staten en Canada en organiseert de USL Pro (derde niveau) en de Premier Development League (PDL) (vierde niveau). Voorheen vielen ook de USL First Division en USL Second Division onder de USL. De kampioen van de Second Division kan promoveren naar de First Division maar moet daarbij wel aan aanvullende eisen voldoen. Degradatie is er niet.
