United Nations Security Council resolution 1383, adopted unanimously on 6 December 2001, after reaffirming all resolutions on the situation in Afghanistan, particularly Resolution 1378 (2001), the Council endorsed the Bonn Agreement signed the previous day concerning the transition period in the country following the U.S. invasion and preceding the establishment of permanent institutions. Finally, all donors, through co-operation with the Special Representative Lakhdar Brahimi and United Nations bodies, were asked to assist in the rehabilitation, recovery and reconstruction of Afghanistan.

| - قرار مجلس الأمن التابع للأمم المتحدة رقم 1383، المتخذ بالإجماع في 6 كانون الأول / ديسمبر 2001، بعد إعادة التأكيد على جميع القرارات المتعلقة بالحالة في أفغانستان، ولا سيما القرار 1378 (2001)، صادق المجلس على اتفاق بون الموقع في اليوم السابق بشأن الفترة الانتقالية في البلد بعد الغزو الأمريكي والفترة السابقة لإنشاء المؤسسات الدائمة. وشدد المجلس في ديباجة القرار على حق الشعب الأفغاني في تقرير مستقبله السياسي، وعزم على مساعدة الشعب الأفغاني على إنهاء النزاعات في البلاد واستخدام أراضيه كقاعدة للإرهاب. وتعزيز السلام والاستقرار واحترام حقوق الإنسان. وأشار إلى أن الترتيبات المؤقتة في إطار اتفاق بون كانت الأساس لإنشاء حكومة تمثيلية من حيث الجنس والعرق. بالمصادقة على اتفاقية بون، دعا القرار جميع الجماعات الأفغانية إلى التنفيذ الكامل للاتفاقية بالتعاون مع السلطة الأفغانية المؤقتة التي كان من المقرر أن تتولى مهامها في 22 ديسمبر / كانون الأول 2001. وأعلن المجلس استعداده لاتخاذ مزيد من الإجراءات لدعم المؤسسات المؤقتة بناء على تقرير الأمين العام كوفي عنان. ودعيت الأطراف الأفغانية إلى السماح بوصول المنظمات الإنسانية دون عوائق. وأخيراً، طُلب من جميع المانحين، من خلال التعاون مع الممثل الخاص الأخضر الإبراهيمي وهيئات الأمم المتحدة، المساعدة في إعادة التأهيل والإنعاش وإعادة الإعمار في أفغانستان. - La Resolució 1383 del Consell de Seguretat de les Nacions Unides fou adoptada per unanimitat el 6 de desembre de 2001. Després de reafirmar totes les resolucions sobre la situació a l'Afganistan, particularment la Resolució 1378 (2001), el Consell va aprovar l' signat el dia anterior sobre el període de transició al país després de la invasió i precedint l'establiment d'institucions permanents. Al preàmbul de la resolució, el Consell va subratllar el dret dels afganesos a determinar el seu propi futur polític i estava decidit a ajudar el poble afganès a posar fi als conflictes del país i a l'ús del seu territori com a base del terrorisme i promoure la pau, l'estabilitat i el respecte dels drets humans. Va assenyalar que les disposicions provisionals de l'acord de Bonn eren la base per a la creació d'un govern representatiu en termes de gènere i etnicitat. Recolzant l'acord de Bonn, la resolució va demanar a tots els grups afganesos que implementessin plenament l'acord amb la cooperació de l'Autoritat Provisional Afganesa que assumirà el càrrec el 22 de desembre de 2001. El Consell declara estar disposat a prendre altres mesures per donar suport a les institucions provisionals basades en un informe del Secretari General Kofi Annan. Es va demanar als partits afganesos que concedissin accés sense restriccions a les organitzacions humanitàries. - United Nations Security Council resolution 1383, adopted unanimously on 6 December 2001, after reaffirming all resolutions on the situation in Afghanistan, particularly Resolution 1378 (2001), the Council endorsed the Bonn Agreement signed the previous day concerning the transition period in the country following the U.S. invasion and preceding the establishment of permanent institutions. In the preamble of the resolution, the Council stressed the right of the Afghan people to determine their own political future and was determined to help the Afghan people bring an end to the conflicts in the country and the use of its territory as a base for terrorism, and promote peace, stability and respect for human rights. It noted that the provisional arrangements within the Bonn Agreement were the basis for the establishment of a representative government in terms of gender and ethnicity. Endorsing the Bonn Agreement, the resolution called upon all Afghan groups to fully implement the agreement with co-operation from the Afghan Interim Authority that was to take office on 22 December 2001. The Council declared its willingness to take further measures to support the interim institutions based on a report by the Secretary-General Kofi Annan. The Afghan parties were called upon to grant unimpeded access to humanitarian organisations. Finally, all donors, through co-operation with the Special Representative Lakhdar Brahimi and United Nations bodies, were asked to assist in the rehabilitation, recovery and reconstruction of Afghanistan.
