Stephen O. Fuqua (December 25, 1874 – May 11, 1943) was a career officer in the United States Army. A veteran of the Spanish–American War, Philippine–American War, Pancho Villa Expedition, and World War I, he attained the rank of major general and was a recipient of the Army Distinguished Service Medal from the United States, and the French Legion of Honor (Chevalier), and Croix de Guerre.
