Roger Barry Andewelt (August 4, 1946 – August 7, 2001) was a judge of the United States Court of Federal Claims from 1987 to 2001. Born in Brooklyn, New York, Andewelt received a B.S. from Brooklyn College in 1967, and served as a patent examiner in the United States Patent Office from 1968 to 1972. During this time, he received a J.D. from the George Washington University Law School in 1971.
