Roby Lewis Manuel, DFC & Bar with Bar, (7 October 1895 – 18 October 1975) was an Australian flying ace of the First World War credited with 12 official aerial victories. He led the Anzac Day flyby in London in 1919. When World War II erupted, Manuel joined the Royal Australian Air Force and once again served his nation.

Od 30 kwietnia 1917 roku został przyjęty do Royal Australian Air Force i był jednym z pierwszych australijskich pilotów wysłanych do Francji. Został przydzielony do No. 2 Squadron RAAF i od 6 lutego 1918 roku służył we Francji. Pierwsze zwycięstwo powietrzne odniósł 2 kwietnia 1918 roku razem z Henrym Forrestem.
