Ramtane Lamamra (Arabic: رمطان لعمامرة; born 15 June 1952) is an Algerian diplomat and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Algeria. He was the African Union's Commissioner for Peace and Security from 2008 to 2013 and Minister of Foreign Affairs from 2013 to 2017 and briefly in March 2019.

Fort d'une longue carrière diplomatique, il occupe dans un premier temps les fonctions d'ambassadeur dans plusieurs pays et organisations internationales, représentant notamment l'Algérie aux Nations unies à New York de 1993 à 1996 et commissaire à la paix et à la sécurité de l'Union africaine de 2008 à 2013.
