Peter Ricchiuti (Ri-Choo-ty) is a business professor at Tulane University's Freeman School of Business. Ricchiuti, a graduate of Babson College, started his career at the investment firm of Kidder Peabody & Co. and later served as the chief investment officer for the State of Louisiana. In 2014, The Financial Times published Ricchiuti's first book, Stocks Under Rocks. He currently hosts a weekly business program called Out to Lunch on National Public Radio in New Orleans. Ricchiuti has addressed over 1000 groups in 47 states.
