The Market Street Bridge is a stone arch bridge that spans the Susquehanna River between Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and Wormleysburg, Pennsylvania. The current structure is the third bridge built at its current location and is the second oldest remaining bridge in Harrisburg. The bridge carries BicyclePA Route J across the river. The bridge was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on June 22, 1988 and was documented by the Historic American Engineering Record in 1997.

  • Die Market Street Bridge ist eine vierspurige Straßenbrücke über den Susquehanna River zwischen Harrisburg und im Bundesstaat Pennsylvania der USA. Sie verläuft über die Flussinsel City Island, durch welche sie in zwei etwa 430 Meter lange Abschnitte geteilt wird. Die Ostseite nach Harrisburg wurde 1928 als vierspurige Bogenbrücke fertiggestellt, wobei die Stahlbalkenträger der zweispurigen Vorgängerbrücke auf die Westseite transportiert und mit den dort vorhandenen zu einer durchgehenden vierspurigen Verbindung nach Wormleysburg kombiniert wurden. Diesen Überbau ersetzte man 1962 durch die heutige Balkenbrücke aus Stahlbeton. (de)
