Jean-François Lisée (born February 13, 1958) is a Canadian Quebec nationalist politician who served as the leader of the Parti Québécois from October 2016 until October 2018. He was first elected a member of the National Assembly of Quebec in the 2012 Quebec election in the electoral district of Rosemont. He served concurrently as the Minister of International Relations, the Francophonie, External Trade as well as the minister responsible for the Montreal region in the cabinet of Pauline Marois from 2012 to 2014.

Après une carrière de journaliste dans les années 1980 et 1990, il devient conseiller des premiers ministres québécois Jacques Parizeau et Lucien Bouchard et de 1994 à 1999. Aux élections québécoises de 2012, il est élu député de Rosemont. Il occupe le poste de ministre des Relations internationales et de la Francophonie et du Commerce extérieur dans le gouvernement Marois (2012-2014). Le 7 octobre 2016, il devient chef du Parti québécois et chef de l'opposition officielle du Québec. Il est défait dans sa circonscription lors de l'élection du 1er octobre 2018.
