Jack Kenneth Lemley CBE (January 2, 1935 – November 29, 2021) was an American architect and engineering manager who led delivery of large infrastructure projects across the globe. His projects included the Channel Tunnel between England and France, the King Khalid Military City in Saudi Arabia, and a water tunnel in New York. He was also leading the delivery of the infrastructure facilities for 2012 London Olympics before he resigned citing interference in 2006. Lemley was made an honorary Commander of the Order of the British Empire for his work on the Channel Tunnel by in 1996.

  • Jack K. Lemley (* 2. Januar 1935 in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho) ist ein US-amerikanischer Bauingenieur und Manager. Lemley erhielt 1960 einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Architektur der University of Idaho. Er war ab 1960 bei der Baufirma Guy F. Atkinson, wo er Vizepräsident wurde und auch Manager verschiedener Tochterfirmen war. 1967 war er Projektmanager für den Mica-Staudamm. Ab 1977 war er bei der Baufirma Morrison-Knudsen. 1979 bis 1981 war er General Manager der King Khalid Military City im Osten Saudi-Arabiens für Morrison-Knudsen, ein 1,3 Milliarden Dollar Projekt einer Militär-Stadt in der Wüste für 70.000 Bewohner.
