Jack "Dutch" Garfinkel (June 13, 1918 – August 14, 2013) was an American basketball player. Garfinkel attended Thomas Jefferson High School in Brooklyn and then nearby St. John's University to play for future Hall of Fame coach Joe Lapchick. In 1941, he won the Haggerty Award, given to the top player in the New York City metropolitan area. After his playing days were over, Garfinkel became a basketball coach and official. He died on August 14, 2013. At the time of his death, he was the last player who was still alive from the inaugural Celtics team.
