George G. Taylor was a professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1900s, 1910s and 1920s. He played at club level for Wakefield Trinity (Heritage № 170), as a forward (prior to the specialist positions of; prop, hooker, second-row, loose forward), during the era of contested scrums.
