Colonel Ernesto Rabina Air Base (CERAB) (IATA: RPLQ) or Crow Valley Gunnery Range, and formerly the Tarlac Military Testing Ground, was the main bombing range of the United States Armed Forces in the western Pacific, and by the Armed Forces of the Philippines.
