Caleb Hillier Parry (21 October 1755 – 9 March 1822) was an Anglo-Welsh physician credited with the first report of Parry–Romberg syndrome, published in 1815, and one of the earliest descriptions of the exophthalmic goiter, published in 1825.

Er ist Erstbeschreiber der Hyperthyreose (1786, Veröffentlichung 1825) und des Parry-Romberg-Syndroms. Er widmete sich weiterhin Untersuchungen zum arteriellen Puls und der (als Syncope anginosa nach ihm benannten) Angina pectoris. Egli è ricordato per la sindrome di Parry-Romberg, che per primo descrisse in un lavoro che fu poi pubblicato dopo la sua morte, nel 1825. Han började studerade medicin i Edinburgh 1773 och tillbringade två år i London vid innan han återvände till Edinburgh och tog sin examen 1778. Samma år blev han licentiat vid och gifte sig. Följande år ägnade han sig åt allmänpraktik i Bath och han utnämndes även till läkare vid Puerperal Charity Hospital och senare även vid Casual Hospital i samma stad. 1816 drabbades Parry av en stroke och fram till sin död 1822 led han som följd av detta av afasi och progressiv paralys.
