Arturo Núñez Jiménez (born 23 January 1948) is a Mexican politician affiliated with the PRD (formerly to the PRI) who served as Governor of Tabasco from 2013 to 2018. In January 1993 he was appointed to the Direction of the Federal Electoral Institute, where he was in charge of the elections of that year. He also served as Deputy during the LVII Legislature of the Mexican Congress representing Tabasco, where he was Coordinator of the PRI Legislative Group, and between 1998 and 1999 he was the President of the Chamber of Deputies.
